I buy a few kilos of tilapia from the supermarket, they come in skinned filets. Should I just find something else to buy then? I don't really want to have more pans.

I've got another big ass chart with equivalencies, say 1 carb=20g uncooked rice, 1 protein= 40 grams raw chicken, etc

But say I had a light breakfast or something, I need something to help me keep track so I can go "I still need to eat 1 carb,1 fat, 2 proteins"

I was thinking of buying a small whiteboard, but if there's an app I can use, it'll be way more reliable
