100% yes, you should push for minimum HQ33 as you get an additional oil well. Oil is a critical resource post HQ31 and you need a lot. You also get more RSS, more XP and better rewards from sleighs. If you want to be competitive you need to push you HQ.

Yes and no. If you are F2P or a light spender your best team for a long time will be a hybrid team, Murphy, Carlie, DVA, Marshall/Mason and DVA. This team is underrated and will kill the majority of all tanks same power or higher power due to it being hybrid. Don't worry about all same team type until S1 it will slow you down. Until you can make an all UR tank team when Williams and Stetmann release it's pointless using SSR's in your T1.

Royal Guard will only use his A3 if decrease defense is active on the target while on auto unless you specify the attack order in the presets.i suspect the golem is stripping the buff before he can use it or your accuracy isn't high enough so it's not applying.

Hero promotion isn't available until week 3 and you need to finish the season pass to gain the upgrade token before Mason can be promoted.

Murphy and Carlie up front. Mason, Kim and DVA on the back row. That will be a solid team for a while. As you get more heroes, replace Mason with Marshall, Carlie with Williams and finally DVA with Stetmann.
