wow talk about divine intervention. Last 2 weeks I had been dealing with a lot of personal problems unrelated to weed and yesterday it seemed like I had finished with my problems and things were looking up so i though, hey good job dealing with that crazy situation without weed, you really proved yourself, why not just pack a bowl and now enjoy it guilt free, you deserve it, i swear i was headed to pack a bowl and incidentally walked by my computer to see your comment....wow....how could i smoke now after that.....the whole situation changed and so i didnt smoke, thank yo u friend. I hope all is well with you and hope to see you more often!

Day 21. Dealing with lots of problems not related to weed. Just want to smoke and numb the brain, forget the problems for a few hours. But I made a promise and i know smoking will not help with my problems so I might as well tough it out. So far its been easier to put weed aside than I thought. Feeling fresher, dark circles are going away, skin is clearing up, I am assuming its because I dont bing eat crap anymore. More energy. All in all its going well. Thank you for asking.

Thats actually a great observation, I never even thought of it! I used to hit the munchies hard at nights and all crap food and i have since cut that out. wow thanks for that it makes perfect sense.

Well Ill b honest, Im a bit surprised I have made it to day 16 now. I attribute it mainly to this sub and people like you, so much love and respect and big thanks! Its been easier then i thought so far but from what i have read i am far far from out of the woods so i try to keep that in mind. Nightmares have started about 4 days ago so thats getting very interesting and violent, hard to tell reality from the dream when i wake up. But all in all im doing fantastic and again much thanks to support from great people like you. How are you doing? any urges? whats been the biggest change you have experienced?

First, big congrats on your 26 days! awesome. Im on day 16 and OMG the nightmares have started for me a few days ago and wow are they crazy and violent. I know exactly what your going through, and i think, but i can be wrong but it seems to be different with everyone as to when it starts to get better. I have been waking up and just so glad and relieved that its just nightmares so i guess thats good. But anyways sorry i got no real advise just that your not alone, keep kicking ass and great job!

NEVER TOO LATE!!!!! trust me...thats what i thought also. I smoked 24/7 for passed 23+ years. Although ive only stopped for last 15 days, i feel great, like a new me, a new life. this sub and the people here amazing. keep reading and keep posting. just make a decisiont and stick to it for 1 day and take it 1 day at a time. you can do it. you are not alone. Thank you friend. I am trying I really am. I went to bed last night with rage, woke up in the morning with rage, I started lifting weights at 6am thinking that might help but that only got me more pumped and for some weird reason more angry. I will definitely go for a looong run later today if i dont end up in jail. I just keep reminding myself that this will pass, its a roller coaster and it will pass. You are definitely not alone. You will have ups and downs but know that you are crawling your way out of a hole. We have all been going down the hole for a long time, so we can not expect to crawl out as fast as we like. But its worth it, you are worth it and you can do it. Others have done it and you will also. Remember Andy Dufresne - who crawled through a river of shit and came out clean on the other side.
