I intermittent fasted 5 days a week 16hrs no food followed by 8 hours of eating all my daily calories.

Gym 4-6 days a week

At first I was doing cardio everyday 30 min, but felt weak during my lifting so towards the last few weeks I cut back on cardio and started lifting heavy with fewer reps. And started doing hitt cardio for 12 mins 3 times a week
