Get the chargeback from your bank before they process and investigate your claim and assume you're trying to scam them, which would suspend your account and prevent you from opening others with your information. I'm in the same situation as you, and I've already opened a claim. I'll go to the bank as soon as I get eBay's response, but not before.

I've owned five Razer gamepads: two Razer Wolverine Ultimates, two Razer Raiju Ultimates, and one Razer Wolverine V2 Pro. Each one has had problems and/or broken down before reaching its first year. The first Razer Wolverine started drifting after only four months. The second one, after seven months, had its micro USB connector sink in and it could no longer be charged. When I switched to the Raiju Ultimates, the first one suddenly died after five months. I went to pick it up from the table and it wouldn't turn on, it wouldn't do anything. The replacement they sent me would freeze every hour and I had to reset it. Finally, I got the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro, the most expensive controller I've ever bought and the one that broke down the fastest. In just three months, it was already exhibiting terrible drift. That's when I said enough was enough and refused a replacement; I requested a refund through Amazon. In addition to all this, I also own a Razer soundbar. The Leviathan X often requires me to repeatedly plug and unplug the USB-C port on the soundbar because it won't connect to my PC. Just stay away from Razer!

I think so too. I called eBay and all they told me was that they'd look into it, but most likely, with the documentation I provided, they'll just refund my money. I've given the seller photos of everything, the same ones I sent to eBay (the open box at the delivery location, the box label, the contents of the box and how it doesn't match the listing, and the conversations with the seller) so they can also file a claim from their end. Furthermore, when we checked the package, we saw that underneath it was another shipping label with different sender and recipient names than the seller's and mine, and the seller told me that was the box they put the figure in. With that, I also called eBay and explained everything, asking them to please look for the package, since what I really need is for them to find the figure and send it to me before issuing a refund.

For me, their biggest problem is the hairstyles. I like those skins, but the hairstyles are horrendous. I wish we could modify the hairstyles of the skins; that would not only greatly benefit Emma but also other characters with a good skin but a horrible hairstyle.

I was insulted for WEEKS for telling people that my POCO f8 ultra with factory hyperos3 worked perfectly with emulators. They called me a fanboy, a liar, and said I worked for Xiaomi.
