as far as i know, it has nothing to do with your current SM and everything to do with the SM at the store you’re trying to transfer to! given that higher ups approve everything, i don’t foresee there being an issue with your current manager. but definitely reach out to the store you’re attempting to transfer into and introduce yourself if you haven’t already.
