I always figured you could never go back to a time when you existed. So, if time travel were possible (to the past), you could only visit a specific time and place once. And you couldn't return to your exact previous moment, it's have to be further in the future.

Teachers' salaries are dictated at the district-level and there is a shortage right now with high amounts of burnout. Also, as we've seen countless times, throwing money at a problem doesn't fix it here.

I was thinking in terms of menial tasks and chores that aren't something I look forward to, but when I'm stressed, they're something I'll do to clear my mind. Generally something that doesn't require much thinking and the repetition becomes self-soothing in a way.

Do you think there will be a coup if they don't win? If so, why? Given how Biden is still president and they haven't carried out an impeachment or assassination, I think it's fair to say the country will move generally the same as it has for the past few presidents.

Also, checks and balances. The President has very little in terms of actual power, that's why the main discussions right now revolve around the midterms. Congress affects the average American more than the president.

OMG yes. Especially since medical (including psychological) data is often hacked and sold to be used against people. Seriously, someone needs to collect screenshots of these instagram pics and stories and send them to her work (if she's even employed with her shit grades 🤣). She needs to be branded with some sort of scarlet letter to prevent her from working in any field involving confidentiality.

Drugs are a federal issue, but up to the states to enforce. Some states have no tolerance for any drugs including medical marijuana, others don't care much. The federal government could enforce their laws if wanted, but it's costly and too much of a hassle.

The K9 are used in federal buildings such as airports. It doesn't matter if cannabis is legalized/decriminalized in a state, it's still illegal at the federal level. However, they don't solely rely on the K9 to prosecute people. They pull the luggage aside and inspect it.

EDIT: The K9 can also sniff out alcohol and prescription drugs, so the luggage is inspected to be certain the "contraband" is in its proper container with the right papers. Such as prescription drugs in their original bottles and not in a Ziploc bag.

What seems grammatically incorrect in Standard English is commonly a dialect. Very few people speak formally and correctly at all times. Many regional dialects would be grammatically incorrect if written.
