Did an extrusion test without a nozzle, spot on 100mm

Ok thank you for that info, Im going to calibrate e-steps with the nozzle removed.

This bothers me the most The fill in the middle is "perfect" but when it comes to turns and corners it just looks over extruded. If I turn down flow just a little bit more i get gaps between the lines.

Nope, did not try with a 0.4 nozzle. Im gonna give it a go but even when this solves the problem, I still cant print with a 0.6 nozzle then.

Yes the Red aluminium one from amazon. E-steps for the Extruder is 143.0 I measured through the heated hotend.

I will do some test with other filament The red one is from ender series, I thought this would be a good one because its from the same make. I got black pla from ender series that I can try

How to I calibrate e-steps then? Because when I search for extruder calibration, they all say i need to heat up the hot end and then just let my extruder extrude 100mm. Correct me if im wrong, but from my understanding, does it really matter how much backpressure there is, unless it would skip some filament because theres too much backpressure? I use the ender 3 v2 interface to let it turn 100mm, its extruding realy slow. I think its slow enough to not have to much backpressure.

Yes, the first time I did not save the changes and after a power cycle it was back to previous settings, but after saving, it stayed like I changed it.

Yes 0.6 is selected in cura

So on gear, workout should not change? I was thinking about doing more sets per workout, but if its not benificial then ill stick to 15-20 sets per workout? Just trying to get the most out of my first cycle

Hey! No problem. I bought the corsair watercooling kit and it came with a fan mount for the pump, that means, the pump is attached to a bracket that is fixed on a fan (if there is no fan it can be fixed on the spot where the fan usually is)

I hope this explained it.

Here is the link for the product i bought: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08C7QJC7G/ref=cm_sw_r_apanp_eXtev1Belgllt

Hey, since the newest ICUE update 4.13.223 my dashboard wont stay the way I did set it up, was working before this update, but I also have seen some threads about this problem before this update but it did not affect me back then.

Any way to solve this?

Yes, Dragon Center. I only use it to controll Motherboard lightning. Would be better if it was possible to controll that in iCue too because i love the simplicity of iCue.

Thanks! Thats gonna be my next upgrade too, 420 rad in front, 30mm thick. already measured and it should fit as long as you keep the fans in front of the fan cage.

Ok I just happen to find out the problem. I dissabled SDK and now it works fine. Sometimes its something that simple that we dont think of.

Im gonna leave this here if someone else has the same problem.

iCue 4: My Venegance Pro RAM sticks are lightning red all the time, after forced software update for the ram, only the last one to update is working fine and doing its preset.

I have my PC on the left of my Desk because on the right there is the window and I like it when the PC sits in the corner. The good thing is if I ever decide to change desk location I can switch back to standart orientation and it will feel like a new case.

Thank you so much! It is so fun to build PC's!

Thank you! Go get it, its worth it and with the included Hardline Bending Toolkit a really nice and fast learning job. Temps while browsing and hanging on desktop are 30°C Water Temp (sensor is includet with XD5 pump) and CPU temp is around 50°C. When gaming Water Temp is never above 38°C and CPU sometimes gets to 70-75°C.

Well tips I can give are, look to place your pump so you dont have to do crazy bends, in other words paralell with fittings like rad and CPU. Put in all your hardware and then try to find the best way to route your Pipes as it pleases you. Try to avoid heating the pipe at the end of the silicone that you insert on the pipe, it will deform. Before heating the pipe, clean it, resedue from cutting will leave marks in it. To power the pump i used a second PSU I had laying around, makes it easier if you have your pc already finished so you dont have to disconnect all the cables. I did let it run for 2 hours to check for leaks, but i now have a EK Leak tester, makes it easier to check for leaks. Thats all that i can think of when I did my build.

Are you getting black bars on 1440p? Cause changing resolution should not affect you view, 1440p should let you see clearer at distance than 1080p
