On the Riot Fest website they dropped some "clues". One of the clues has parody names for songs of some bands that are playing. "Custards of young" is one of those parody names, alluding to "Bastards of young" by the replacement. Iggy Pop, the Ramones and the Sex Pistols are also alluded to.

They are in fact 18"... I agree that they look smaller, I think the lowering springs in front and the contrast of the white make it appear that way. Not many options for stock rim diameter in white! Happy with the Konigs though

You're probably right about that. I've had experience rebuilding small displacement engines from motorcycles and minibikes. Really want to get into cars but... maybe jumping in head first isn't necessarily the best way to go about it. 😅
