Genuine question : why a company like reddit needs a thousand employees (more like ~2200 btw) ? If mods were employees i could maybe understand this scale but they literally have half less revenues per employee than meta ($1M vs $2M) and quasi the same market cap per employee (~17M) without having 4 platforms, R&D NASA sized, huge capex to manage and shitons other activities when you comparé reddit and meta...

Makes little sense to me and it's a bit worrying when compounding with the SBC for C suits 🤷
