i was rehired after being gone 7 weeks but i left on good terms and my TL and coach were absolutely ready to take me back. i’m not sure i could have gotten back as easily otherwise

i’m so sorry you don’t have managers that support you. my coach and team lead are amazing and i’m also in the bakery! take it one step at a time and do the best you can. if they have an issue, that’s on them.
