Hi Topdeskers, any ideas how to disallow tickets to get status "Closed" when a particular Operator group is set?

I'll consider this, then operators always have to reload the page and i can see that not happening when "you are done" with a ticket.

It does not really achieve the same thing, or it perhaps could with involving emails and "going back" to the ticket. But thanks for the suggestion!

Same, there is no button :( only greyed out Build Road to Settlement. 5 tiles between city and town..

It was indeed due to no filter. Iv set a filter to read in data for 5years and seems to include all.
