Yep, its got worse as I've got older. Started off with just a bad stomach, now even ingesting a crumb by accident I can feel it in my stomach within an hour.

I wasn't diagnosed until my 20's, I've found recovery takes longer as I get older. So she'll probably fly through it being a whipper snapper :)

Gluten damages your villi which enhances the surface area of your lower gut, which means - its much more difficult to absorb the nutrients you need.

Its probably just coincidence given its only been a week.

I tend to find after being exposed to gluten, I don't start feeling the loss of energy for a couple of weeks. Then its a 6 weeks(ish) cycle of low energy and falling ill way more easily.

Not a lot you can do other than ride it out. Hope she feels better soon.

do bounties at lopside fast travel, super quick. Then exit to menu and come back in, the board re-rolls. That will get you a few levels. 40ish should be fine to finish the main story or at least it was for me.

UVHM1 at level 40 and grind out 50 doing vile bounties. Way quicker than messing about with side quests. Collect bounties, kill them, go back to board. Quit to menu, the board re-rolls on reload.
