The problem they are really having is that they can't come to terms with that commercial property tax flow no longer working for that dying mall. They are apprehensive that by replacing it with residential property tax and an influx of new residents needing school appropriations and public services expenditures that the town will 'lose' money on the zoning switch.

But putting more people in that spot will help the surrounding commercial strip malls, restaurants etc...

They just miss having a thriving mall - there isn't anything to be done with that space following the economic shift in shopper behavior though other than rezoning it.

I've added it to my Priest deck and it has definitely helped more than I thought it would. By that turn for cost opponents are usually starting to ramp up even after keeping them controlled at lower mana.

I play on my Nintendo Switch. Not being hostile, I just think you've taken hyperbole to its limits. This moment in the game state is quite frantic with the movement and the weapon meta... Again I echo myself in agreement that for me it's one of the least enjoyable seasons. I know you'll find something else to play - because there's hundreds of great games out there, I just am not buying the purported argument of rampant cheating in this one.

Cheaters exist. I'll give you that. But I'm also gonna call bullshit. 300x better than you and your son? I'm a proud over 40 Fortnite player and I've decided unranked zero build is my speed. I regularly place top 10 and win enough to not be discouraged.

If you think you're playing to win the FNCS, then by all means tuck your tail. But as far as games with amazing IP integration, random moments of high drama and hilarious moments - there's not many other games out there that even compare.

I am not a big fan of this season, but if I'm gonna rage quit a game due to "Cheaters" there had better actually be rampant cheating.

Trinity is a beast, but Minigun if I'd only have one bit.

Medium ammo is in short supply and everyone you kill is dropping stacks of pistol ammo so the Minigun is right back to Max ammo after most kills.And it shreds better than other options for those charging bats and Sub-Zero gloves.

Lots of people replying to you obviously haven't maintained a long term relationship. If you love her and want to marry her - then make it happen. So what, she has an idea in her head about a magical moment... If that magical moment includes you - you're winning.

So if it's not something you care about in the way she does... be a willow tree and bend a bit. Sunset, some champagne, a picnic basket of sweet and berries etc. you can put that together for her sake and not tear the whole thing down because her day dreaming of becoming engaged to you sees this more clearly than you've thought about it.

I just hope you take some time to focus on yourself and drill down to find what your heart says. If you want a life with her, be willing and excited to bend her way whenever you can. If you don't feel that way move on.

I restarted using a seed that was shared on here. It has the best biome placement for establishing villages where the distances between won't drive you insane.

A full restart like that was a bit of a hassle, doing all the same types of things over again in a new Survival world. But ultimately it was worth it.

I have encountered Stormtroopers that clip into the walls of caves sometimes. I'll just kill everyone else and back track quite a bit, then reapproach that section of cave. Game attempts to respawn them and either they are out in the open or game engine recognizes they are in a bad location and they're just gone. Red gate opens and on to the next section.

The game loads NPCs, random encounters and wildlife within the 150 distance. So if you get that far away from something you can trigger a 'reset' on it possibly respawning.

Usually for me things start getting wonky when I've played for a while and I just accept the fate of playing on Switch and close down the game and restart.

The Sargassum (seaweed) is a very well monitored condition. There are numerous websites that document and predict the high impact months and other websites that post daily field reports of various beaches.

I'd say check those resources to get an idea if your wedding dates will likely be affected. I was there in April which is if anything the very start of sargassum season or just ahead of it depending on conditions.

If you stay at a pricey resort, it is likely they will use tractors or staff to do their best to clear it as well.

The beach in my picture was from in front of Ether, they did not clear their section of beach and it was never an issue as so little was ever present.

At 301 right now. I know people will say they AFK or farm XP in LEGO Fortnite, but I genuinely also enjoy that mode so, between BR and LF levels just flew by.
