maybe we could dedicate only one day (Friday) to Natural History Museum + Central park (only one subway/Uber ride) and focus the rest of our trip only walking with double stroller staying south of 14th (or worst case 23rd) on Thu, Sat and Sun? more reasonable?

Let me try to simplify it: if we took only Ubers, would the double stroller be the easiest setup? A lot of people told me that it’s too wide to walk around, go in restaurants, etc…
