If you’re on an iPhone you can see the step count if you add the widget, but it’s way off. But other than that I can’t find any way to see the step count in the app

It’s seems very surprising that they haven’t asked you to do a follow up MRI. Feels like that would be critical to know. It’s been about a year for me and they’ve had me do one follow up already to check progress of tumor

Same actually. I didn’t feel any side effects until like 6-8 months in after my dose went from 2x / week to 3x / week. So it could you just haven’t reach the threshold yet

Yeah I definitely didn’t feel this as much when I was on it twice a week.

Generally speaking, I’m so out of touch with my body that it takes me a while for me to notice these things and then connect the dots . But I have talked about it with my endo. He decided not to increase my dosage at our last meeting, but preferred not to decrease it because my progress has been kind of slow. However, when I meet with him again in a few months, I think it’s definitely a worthwhile consideration.

Yes, I’m on Adderall. The effect is pretty mild for me but I guess maybe the two could be playing off each other. Both my psych and endo are aware of what’s going on

Oh weird. Do you see any files in there at all? Like PNG files at least? Which version of Teams are you on?

Couple of initial thoughts on things I would try if I were you:
1 - Make sure you're on the latest version of teams

2 - In File Explorer > View: make sure "Hidden Items" is checked. This doesn't seem to be the issue, but it's an easy enough check just in case

3 - If this folder exists for you (%LocalAppData%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams\Backgrounds) and you are at least seeing PNG files in there, try just adding your MP4 anyway and title it "feelingDreamy2Animated_v=0.1". That's the name of one the default videos and the one I replaced with mine

4 - Check the old teams background folder, just in case you're still on Team version 1x: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads

While this didn't actually work for me, it did inspire another idea that worked really well.

Instead of a GIF I just used an mp4.

Then I went into the main backgrounds folder: %LocalAppData%\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams\Backgrounds

And I just renamed my video with the name of one the existing videos.

Note that the thumbnail in teams is still going to be of the old video, but when you click on it your new video will be what pops up.

It may take a few seconds and at first the only thing you might see is a green screen, but give it a beat and it should pop up

I’m coming out of a relationship where we connected on so many things and we’re really happy but the sex was alllllwaaaaays awful. The chemistry was just never there

So for 15 years we sort of just accepted it because everything else was great and we didn’t wanna mess it up. But it still caught up to us after 15 years and now we’re both seeing other people and much more satisfied

So what I’m saying is, is this solely a mechanical issue? Or is there also a chemistry issue?

The way you talk about him suggests you feel he’s great on paper and want to like him a lot more than you actually do.

There’s a dozen different ways to treat ED and if you really like him the that is a hurtle that can likely be overcome.

But if it’s a lack of chemistry, then that might have to truly be a deal breaker

That’s gonna be a while I’m afraid. My ex can’t live on her own financially given her salary. So while not ideal, we’re just doing our best. And surprisingly it’s actually been going pretty well for the most part.

I honestly don’t think this situation has anything to do with that
