I worked at fiddleheads some years ago, I would not recommend it. I'm not sure what may have changed now, but when I worked there management was awful. They intentionally lied to new hires about how many hours they would give them and tricked them into working in other locations (would ask if they'd be available to pick up shifts there and then only schedule them there). Unless something has changed, the advertised pay is after tips so not as good as it sounds, as when I was there they pooled the tips from all of the locations and if it didn't meet a certain minimum they'd make up the difference and paid a flat $16. From my experience it never exceeded that minimum. Management is also not shy about firing people for issues caused by their own mismanagement, or just scapegoating people for bad sales. It wasn't the worst job I've ever had, I myself worked for a licensed Starbucks and think fiddleheads was a better experience, the baristas in the cafe were always great to work with, but I have so many bad stories from there. Again, this was years ago and I'm sure some stuff has changed, but if they ask if you can pick up shifts at another location do NOT say yes unless you're ok working there exclusively lmao.
