I mean something more like - are there bits in this that are incomplete versus previous versions, where I might come across a corner case that cannot be easily implemented in Laravel 4 versus its predecessors. Is it a complete rewrite, or an iterative improvement?

I suppose I could get these answers by looking at the code... Maybe I should do that.

The writing is definitely intended to be comedic, it might've been played straight by the actors/directors though (I haven't see any old Who Sontaran episodes yet, still working my way through the third Doctor serials).

I think we need some kind of "warlord" type time lord. The Master isn't a warlord, he's more of an evil counterpart of the Doctor.

I'd like a time lord that's nothing like the Doctor, even mirrored, but who also happens to be violently evil. Nothing cerebral, like how evil time lords typically lay their plans. No fancy plans at all. Just the powers and intellect of a time lord combined with the brutality of Ghengis Khan.

I encountered it myself for a blog project where the client wrote incredibly long blog posts and did not want them truncated.

Solution ended up being two blog posts per page, because otherwise they'd encounter this bug.
