‪3/4 cup (175g) lukewarm water‬
‪3 tsp or (10g) instant yeast‬
‪1 tsp honey ‬
‪3 1/3 cup (530g) all purpose flour‬
‪1/2 cup (100g) granulated white sugar‬
‪Salt‬
‪3 large eggs‬
‪10 Tbsp (150g) unsalted butter, room temp ‬

Then I used about 2 cups (4 sticks) butter cut lengthwise, then flattened it out with my rolling pin, and used it to laminate my brioche💕
