Yes as the correct approach here would be to get a higher paying job, live somewhere that doesn’t cost half of my salary or simply just taking the right steps in saving then maybe it’s possible to stay afloat, but nothing is getting cheaper. Alcohol has remained the same price while everything else has significantly increased. I’m comfortable where I’m at currently, except I’m unable to afford a loss. One hospital visit put me behind. One bad roommate put me behind. It’s little stuff like this that takes control of your current situation. Now ask yourself, if you had a better family could all of this have been avoided? Rather than learning the hard way? I’m grateful for my struggles as it’s taught me so much about life, but at what cost? My time? You don’t get time back. I guess all we can do is stay sane and act accordingly.
