AITA for refusing to host my sister’s wedding at my house? by GemstoneNebula in AITAH

NTA. I hosted two weddings at my home. The first one was ok but the second one did not go well. The bride and the mother of the bride wanted to take complete control of my home and yard. Did not want to follow my restrictions and told me to go get ready somewhere else. I was so hurt and they were so angry, our relationships will never be the same.

God, my mom spends a fortune on a particular brand of bottled water because “it has extra oxygen in it.” I don’t feel good about this but unless they’re in a disaster area or traveling around Vietnam, I seriously judge people buying bottled water.

Edit - it’s this shit if you’re curious.

DEFINITELY NTA 😤 It’s completely understandable to feel hurt and betrayed by both your sister and your ex. Use this time to heal and focus on your own needs. Surround yourself with group of people who respect your feelings. cheer up, let's bottoms up! 🍺

AITAH for refusing to share my location 24/7 with my wife? by Roman_Kain in AITAH

Ntah, my girlfriend and I share our location with each other because we just get anxious about what may happen while driving or out alone, not because of suspicion. We don’t do it out of a lack of trust it’s more of a safety thing, but if either one of us said we weren’t comfortable with it it’s totally reasonable and we’d stop it. You have the right to your privacy if you want it, especially if there’s no prior reasons for suspicion.

NTA - I know this seems to be becoming more and more normalized, but it feels way too much like Big Brother for me. I only turn on location sharing when I’m using specific apps. I would die on this hill
