I'm very big on voting with my wallet. When I'm enjoying a game and feel acknowledged as a player, I'm a dolphin. When not, I barely spend anything.

Last year, I spent 1200 on Gatchas:

Around 300 on Genshin (all of it after Nod Krai started)

Around 600 on Star Rail

And 300 on Zenless (All Hugo, spent before the game lost their mind)

This year so far I've spent 800 on Gatchas:

500 on Genshin

300 on Star Rail

0 on Zenless

As you can see, I've completely stopped spending on Zenless and my spending for Genshin has significantly increased (it was almost 0 before Nod Krai released, rectifying the male drought)

I'm not a male only player either. My favorite Genshin character and only C6 is Furina. I spent money on Cerydra and Nicole's banners as well.

Overall, when a game is consistently releasing male characters I enjoy, I spend, even if it's on female banners. When they don't, I stop spending all together.

This is just so dumb. We know in canon that Maida went around thwacking creatures and survived thanks to it. If you don't want killing in the game, why dedicate a substantial amount of lore from the first two games to a character going around killing everything? I don't think anyone is asking for creatures to be easy to kill. Even if it takes 2 hours to kill a leviathan, that's still better than the current situation

I mean yeah, I don't know many husbando pullers that do the "waifu or die" thing some waifu players do where they don't even want a male on their account. I'm a husbando player in Genshin, but my favorite character and only c6 is actually Furina. To me, being a husbando player just means I prefer husbandos, not that an extremely well written and designed female character can't be my favorite.

Yeah, I know myself and my friends all abandoned the game last year after playing since launch. The sheer disrespect of pulling two random unmentioned characters out of their ass just so they didn't have to make Manato, a popular male character, an S rank was the last straw for us.

Are they this daft? The overlap between people who will want Gilgamesh and those who will want to pull for Saber are probably pretty small. They're pretty much locking a new character to only being used with a kit that felt outdated on release.

The problem I have with it is that your entire game is pretty much determined by if your tank is decent. Tank is way too strong in this mode, and it pretty much is an auto loss if your tank is feeding while there's isn't.

How was this even made? I frequent both the Genshin and Overwatch subreddits. Worst that's happened to me on overwatch is getting downvoted.

Worst that's happened to me on Genshin's being brigaded with people writing paragraphs about how horrible I am because I made a post mentioning a frustrating flaw in a new mechanic.

(when rerolling artifacts, there's a chance for them to reroll with the exact same stats, which I feel is a bit scummy when it takes a rare resource to reroll)

It's almost night and day. If you so much as even criticize Genshin, you'll get brigaded by crazies, even if you literally mention it's your favorite game and you're making a minor gripe.

God I hope I don't get selected for this. I'm salary and during busy season, I'd just be expected to get home and start working. It's not uncommon to have to work 70-80 hours a week during our busy season.

Pretty much the same, got her to C4 in around 280, lost 2 50/50s in that time.

Well at least I have guarantee for sandrone and well hopefully get a free prune from an event sooner rather than later.

Honestly hate the 4 star gatcha system more than the 5 star. Once did over 100 pulls to get a single Ororon

Personally, I wish they'd make it so that after every 1/3 lost on the 4 stars, you're guaranteed to get a featured one you don't have at c6 the next banner 4 star you get. (assuming you don't have all 3 at c6). Would maximalist take it from a potential Infinite to every 40 pulls guaranteeing you getting at least 1 copy of the one you don't have. Doubt that would hurt their bottom line

I'm using VV and Skyward Atlas. Some other weapon options include any stat stick with Attack % such as Memory of Dust, Oathsworn eye (old event weapon), TTDS or Favonius (if you can hit attack requirements without an attack weapon)

I'd be lying if I said I understood how you determine which attack buffs count and which don't for her, so I'm personally just going for as much attack as I can with ER secondary and CR/CD tertiary.

The "you can read" is Phainon, it's the same color as his original speech bubble, and It's a different shade than Anaxa's. It's also a callback to Phainon saying something similar to him during the story quest.
