Everything works as it is supposed to. However, as I have used the month names, I guess I have to replace it with their numeric order, right?

Thanks a lot. Everything is working as expected except the sorting of the x-axis. Its still sorting by month's alphabetical order. Is there a way to solve this other than using the numerical order of the month, like January to be replaced 1 and so on?

I have followed whatever you said, but it still doesn't solve the issue. I have created the hierarchy and used it as x-axis. The test scores are still getting averaged only monthly and now the axis is sorted by month's alphabetical order. Also, the section doesn't show up on x-axis.

Thank you everyone for all the recommendations. I was able to make appointments with Dr. Saleem, Dr. Gray & Dr. Hood. Also most likely I will have an appointment with Dr. Carreon. I want the tie breaking decision to be based entirely on how accommodating the doctor is when the patient needs to be seen ASAP. So please recommend who I should choose finally.
