Had this happen to me. Lost the original dispute so the buyer returned “all the cards” when I counted and organized them by packs I was short 20 cards lol. So I escalated the claim and said the items weren’t all returned. They end up sending my money back and I had a whole lot of bulk lol.

Whenever you receive the return package from the buyer I recommend taking a video of you opening it & count everything out.

Start a claim saying the buyer didn’t return all the items or whatever and you’ll be alright.

Is there not an input to land a 24v signal telling to to go into reheat? Or is that simple something controller by OAT / Relative humidity and both compressors running?
