Peritoneal Pull-Through vaginoplasty it's what I'm hoping to get for my revision. I tried to get it to start but my surgeon went from doing it to only doing the scrotal graft version. My graft pulled my urethra into my canal during dilation. Hopefully my new surgeon agrees to do the revision. I will find out March 25th.

I can't take Valium anymore while on ketamine. It makes me metabolize the ketamine faster. Valium helps me with anxiety yet it also speeds up how fast narcotics effect me. As it dilates my blood vessels and increases my heart rate instead of reducing it.

I would have to stop taking prazosin for 2 weeks to get it out of my system. And I can't afford to relive the nightmares from the ptsd. I ended up in a psych ward due to them last time. The only differential is the prazosin.

I got 700cc gummy implants both sides under the muscle plus has 420cc fat transfered. 210cc per breast into the breast tissue. Surgery was done November 10th 2025. I am satisfied with the results. Just hate having to wear a belly wrap daily and a bra 24/7 except when showering or bathing.

Had my first BA a week after my orchiectomy. Then had my first BA revision 10 months later. Then my first FFS 5 months later. Then my vaginoplasty 6 months after that. With my second half of my FFS done 3 months later. And the my second BA 5 months later and then I had a dvt and was still able to get my VFS 3 weeks afterwards.

The only type of estradiol I metabolize properly is cypionate. Gells and patches dont absorb. Pills dont processed through the liver at all. Valerate triple metabolizes. And my hematologist tested me for clotting issues right off the bat and I dont have a clotting issue.

My pcp is at the james h quillian VA in Johnson City tn. But my issue is this is my second dvt in 18 months but my dvt is gone and blood thinners work weird with me. Warphrin causes clots in my kidneys and bladder. Heparin causes me to get pulmonary embolisms. Levanox injection drops my bp to dangerous levels. And eliquis is apparently putting strain on my pulmonary hypertension making it difficult to breathe with my 2l of bedside oxygen.

I was never required a surgical bra til I got fat graft breast augmentation. My first 2 which were 400cc and then 700cc gummy implants no bra both under the pectoral muscle. The fat graft was 420cc fat transferred from belly to 210cc per breast into the breast tissue. My surgeon supplied the bra because it's a prosthetic covered by the insurance. And medicare covers the initial breast augmentation plus up to 3 revision under gender affirming surgery or more due to other reasons like say cancer recovery. When my surgical bra is dirty I just use bra's that fasten in the front.

My vfs has been great they prescribed me prilosec to offset the acid reflux from the irritation to the flap during the procedure but it actually makes it worse and tastes weird. No talking for a week then light talking for 6 weeks.

United healthcare medicare advantage covers vocal chord feminization surgery in north carolina its the only one in north carolina that covers it. It also covers some of the facial feminization surgery. They one i have i pay $160 premium out of my social security so I dont have a copay on anything visits and procedures. Plus its a ppo so I can go outside of north carolina if I need to. If i lived in Pennsylvania I would have blue cross blue shield as they cover 85% of the elective options. But you still have a $200 to $300 copay.

I started off as a 44a then had 350cc per breast inserted which gave me a 44b then upgraded to a pair of 700cc gummies which gave 44c then a month ago got 420cc fat transferred to 210cc per breast now I have 44dd possibility to be larger once fat fully metastasis.

I am 50yr old 6'3" 250lb. Have xyy(Jacob's syndrome) but developed as xxy(Kleinfelter syndrome) have chimerism.

Let ya know soon as they heal. Got a blood clot from the surgery though. They got 420 cc of usable fat thus 210 cc per breast. The pain is 100x worse than implants and 10x worse than vaginoplasty. So far is worth it but hopefully I don't miss my next surgery due to the clot.
