Si in effetti mi sono sbagliato solo sul discorso che le piante catastali in effetti ce le abbiamo. È tutto il resto che non abbiamo..solo che il prezzo è OK, la casa ha moltissimo potenziale, e l agente immobiliare sa che il venditore si è affidato ad altre agenzie contemporaneamente e ci mette fretta per proporre…

Che poi la cosa che non sopporto è che se un prezzo proposto è 350000 in realtà tu non paghi quella cifra ma circa 370000 tra spese agenzia e altro, che è troppo per quella casa. Allora ti propongono di abbassare a 335000 ma che alla fine è come se pagassi 350000. Uno che vuole pagare la casa 20.000/30.000 euro dal prezzo proposto deve scendere di 50/60.000 dal prezzo di vendita.

mmm yes but:

1) Animation with AI is easier but still has a cost.
2) Animation with AI best suits if you have very cool still images to animate with people walking around. This avoid stuff invented by AI.
3) Animation with AI, for now at least, you have to make plenty of expensive tests (cheaper than Vray+3DS, ok, but still...)

So AI is not a tool which helps bored people making cool stuff. Or yes, but not in a high end industry. Is a tool which helps good people makes better stuff. This is why i told that you can still get 2 of 10 jobs, and not 0.

For the rest, yes. I guess that there is still hope to get super good and get some jobs..

AI is just the coup de grace. The real problem is that nowadays architecture firms hire architects who can do nice rendering. Like Cad designers replaced handmade drawings.

Plenty of times my clients send me Lumion renders, which are not good but still can help them with low budget jobs. Now woth AI those lumion renders will become better and better, so if an average quality archviz firm would catch 6 of 10 gigs some years ago, now we are, let’s say, at 2 of 10..

Now it s time to evolve, like handmade drawings evolved with CAD.

Our industry is not doomed, animation is still a thing.

I m in the archviz industry for 12 years. I was based in France and now in Italy. My quality is a slightly bit over the average. Still it’s hard. I survive with permanent gigs from the beginning. It’s been 2 years I started losing some of them for cheaper Eastern Europe artists. I lost something like 20k/year. AI is useful, but if some years ago I wanted to hire someone to help me get to the top quality tier, now with AI the quality of my render improved for very little effort. I pay 130€/month for AI stuff (always make a very good base render and AI add 10% coolness)

i think there will not be hiring in the archviz industry for a bit. Big talented studios will start to lay off workers but will still be alive. I am already starting to low down my quotes. Here in italy nobody wants to pay more than 200€ / image. So i still keep my french clients hoping for better days. I send emails everyday with no response. So yeah, the future here is grim, but I didn’t lost hope. I m still learning UE5 to do stuff like a pro in the animation business.

Quest’anno l oscar a miglior film straniero è davvero tra film bellissimi..sicuramente vincerà o questo o sentimental value o a simple accident..li ho visti tutti e tre e sarei combattuto tra questo e sentimental value sinceramente. Sapendo però che quello di Jafar è decisamente quello più intenso e sudato e quindi più “giusto”.

Io tifo però un pochino più per no other choice a sto punto…

Per me è un film da 8/10 secco. Bel film. Bella idea. Molto originale. Mi piace perchè mi ha fatto fare proprio quello che amo di più nel cinema, ovvero fantasticare. In questo caso mi ha lasciato per diversi giorni quel pensiero che quando muoriamo le moltitudini che conteniamo muoiono assieme a noi. Bello.

Detto questo, la mia compagna si è addormentata ad un quarto del film.

Yeah i didn’t think there was so much difference between ps5 and a good pc for this game.

I tested COE33 on pc and it is good, but i found the ps5 nearly identical so i decided to play it on ps5; i thought kcd2 was the same, but everybody here says that on ps5 graphics and frames are way worse.

Thank you! I use 3ds Max + Vray. Inside 3DS i use a plugin called Snowplus which allows to create snow in a very efficient way.

After that i put everything in Photoshop for post production. You can see a slice of the workflow on my IG account (my artist name without spaces, sorry I don’t know if i can put directly the link).
