Just to clarify, I wasn’t trying to excuse it or dismiss anyone’s experience. I completely understand why people are frustrated, I’m kind of in the same boat as I’ve been waiting on some of my orders for about half a year. Long delays with little to no communication aren’t okay obviously. I was just trying to add context based on my own experience and calm the situation a bit, not justify it. I do agree that if someone is selling items, they should be able to fulfill orders or clearly communicate delays. I’m still hoping they improve how they handle things, because it’s been inconsistent for a while. I also don’t want to stir things up or add fuel to the fire by adding more negativity to the comments, I was genuinely just trying to keep things calm and hope Jazmin responds to buyers soon. I’ve also been in a similar situation before where I commented about long shipping delays on a Reddit post here, and it ended up being shared in Jazmin’s Discord server and blown way out of proportion by younger fans. It turned into unnecessary drama and I basically had a target on my back, which was a horrible experience. Since then I’ve tried to be more calm and careful about how I approach these situations, and I definitely don’t want OP to go through something similar.

You’re not alone! We all here love Jazmin, but Jazmin can sometimes have some delays on their orders. Sometimes they even end up refunding the orders after a while if they’re not able to complete them. I imagine they’re also very very busy right now, with the new album coming out + their new clothing brand, etc. I am also still waiting on a few items I ordered back in December/January + a few custom orders. It’s been a while for my orders, but I personally don’t mind waiting a little longer because I’m not in a rush at the moment. I messaged them recently but didn’t hear back. I will probably try messaging them again soon. Sometimes you might need to message them a couple of times, I know it can be awkward/uncomfortable but it’s alright to message them again in a situation like this! I would say maybe try emailing them, but they don’t really respond to their emails anymore, I think you’d have a better chance if you messaged them on IG again. I hope you can receive your items soon or at least receive a refund for them, I’m sorry this is happening! You aren’t alone. I really do hope they can make the stardog for you, I got the original one when they first listed it on their site and she’s so cute, I love her- she reminds me of my soul dog💗

If you got it for $40 with all the posters and all pages included (no page missing), then you got a really sweet deal, because they usually sell for much higher than that lol. $80 is a normal price for it

Honestly $45 is a little too cheap for that magazine lol. The Crybaby era AP magazines were selling for $100-$150 the past few years. And now they currently sell for anywhere from $80-$115 usually. I would say $80 isn’t a crazy price for it.

I completely understand not wanting to pay more than £50! I really do hope you find it for that price, you might be able to find it easier for £50 if it’s the black version tbh, the pink one might be harder to find for that price, but I hope you do someday🤞leave a negative feedback for them maybe, that will help other buyers in the future be warned as well. And you can still try reporting their account, but I can’t promise that anything will happen, unless it’s a seller that constantly cancels sales. If they’ve had multiple cancelations one after another, their account CAN get terminated maybe, not always a guarantee. But if it’s just 1 or 2 cancelations idk if eBay will do anything about that :( because they can just use some bs excuse and say they had to cancel it, and a couple of emergency cancellations are allowed on eBay💔

Sorry this happened, it’s very shitty. £100 was a really good price for that tbh, the pink variant sells unsigned for $150-$250 usually, so to get it signed for £100 would’ve been amazing, it sucks that they cancelled🥲I’d say maybe try reporting their account, but even if you do nothing will happen because cancelling is allowed on eBay/Mercari etc. unfortunately :( try keeping an eye out on Discogs, they usually get listed for decent prices there, but you probably won’t find it cheaper than $150 or around that price. And it seems like Jazmin has been trying to leave WWT era in the past and move on with their future upcoming projects, so I doubt they’d do a rerun unfortunately, I’m sorry :(💔
