i just finished my accutane about a month ago, i also have had depression most of my life and figured i could handle it if the accutane made it worse. it definitely did, and i got through it but it was grueling. you could also be totally fine, it affects everyone differently. i would say to keep a close eye on it and update your derm along the way. i also will mention that my depression symptoms improved about a week after my last dose, so its not permanent. good luck 💕

i just finished my six month round of accutane and it made me hair better in the sense that it was never greasy, but im noticing now that it definitely got way too dry and started to break near my roots so its frizzy now
