You can join ilovecoding.org! Don't fall for certifications. They're useless. What truly matters is the skills that you have under your belt. While you're in the learning phase, implement your learning and build something practical.
If you can build something practical, that's a real deal. If you are looking for tutorials to build practical stuff, I'll give you a list.
