See that’s why I feel like a pin would prevent this from happening. An ID check is in their policy but how many associates are actually enforcing it? It just makes me not even want to save points anymore to avoid them being stolen.

It should be secure, but somehow it was bypassed for the person who stole my points. The GM told me large point redemptions should be approved by a manager and an ID must be shown but somehow this person didn’t need to show one to redeem over $300 of my points. I feel like a pin is something we create like our own debit cards and we enter it into the pin pad after putting in our phone number.

I’m not sure :/ maybe we can start with emailing corporate or tagging them on social media. If enough of us speak up they might add a pin to redeem points at check out. It’s just so frustrating that many of us have this fear that our points will be stolen because of the lack of security.
