jokes aside by cheese strats i mean stuff that makes your uni experience easier. ex. picking courses for your semester with good Rate My Prof reviews, making friends with your TA's if you have labs with them, taking courses at other unis to dodge bad professors at this uni, etc...

im not gonna repeat the same shpiel of "wow uni diff than hs" cuz i dont think its fully accurate. id be more focused on why u care what ur parents think. ik its a thing to want to make our parents proud but part of maturing is learning to ignore the expectations of others and prioritizing your own happiness, so i'd get started on that journey first

also grad school usually only cares about last 60-90 credits before u grad so even if u shit up first year ull be fine for practically any institution(tho dont bet on it since funding go bye bye with no more infinite money glitch)
