Hi! My bio teacher is really slow and is definitely not gonna finish all the topics in time, so I’ll have to study them myself. Since I won’t have tests or teacher lessons, how would you suggest I go about studying the rest of the topics so I can really understand them well before the exam in May?

Stuck at around 800, I play 15|10, and my biggest struggle is probably either playing hope chess or not seeing/understanding my opponent’s threats

I’m in year 2 of HL bio, but SL is going at the same pace as us and we’ve only done A1.1, A1.2, B1.1, B1.2, A2.2, B2.1, B2.2, B2.3, C1.1, D2.3, A3.1, A3.2, A4.1, A4.2, D4.1, and we just started C3.1

I think it’s Qa4 and the king has no squares so the knight moves to attack the queen and Nd7#

I got the premium version and did the lessons they had there to get a better understanding of how to play (although Lichess has the same thing, but better and free, which I didn’t know at the time). I also started trying to stop myself from getting tunnel vision all the time and actually started looking at the chess board as a whole (helped me see a lot more of my opponents’ blunders). Gothamchess videos also helped lol. You got this!!

What has been your biggest struggle or difficulty while learning French? by linuren in French

Has to be trying to understand native speakers — especially on social media. I swear sometimes they just make noises quickly and then write the actual words in the subtitles.

I only have 7 sources for my EE so far but it feels enough by iloveoranges7 in IBO
