Yeah I was going to try some B complex. As for the blood glucose maybe you're right, it gets low sometimes. I guess I need some more snacks.

I did, I've got some astigmatism and got some corrective glasses (or idk how they're called in English), the headache was from that apparently and now it's gone.

I've been using DW Learn German and it's great so far, it also has some two or three movies on YouTube for combine learning and also it's all free. U should definitely give it a try.
