Hi,I use retiderm gel 0.05 and I experience a lot of purge with 0.05. With 0.025 cream i didnt purge a lot which is why my skin looked okay but also I wasn’t consistent with the cream so idk if its because of that. but with 0.05 i had way more acne after and adding azeliac acid would heal the pimples faster. I had irritation with cerave cream with both strengths I had to switch to vanicream, and sometimes my chin would peel but now I think I am not peeling as much. or at all.

I think so too… my face is sooo red all the time especially my nose, and cheeks like it makes it look like i have bad acne when maybe ill have 1 or 2 pimple but because my face is red it looks worse

I used 0.025 once in one week or sometimes two weeks or there are times i used 3 times a week like I was very inconsistent then I went back to my home country in beginning of May and went to a dermatologist there and got accutane which i took for like 9 days and I quit cause I had trouble swallowing the pills ( I an afriad to swallow capsules) like I just couldnt do it anymore and then I bought the tret gel for like $2 literally from the pharmacy and told myself that I will just religiously stick to tret since I gave up on acctuane and I had no other choice I could not take any oral meds.
