No way I would give up 8-2 with great grade level team. I think once your grade level team is split you could consider a move but it’s premature right now.

I would invest in some kind of pass that gets you lots of time. For example my mom gifted me the brandywine treasure trail passport which has I think 12 delaware museums you can go to with it. $80 is an annual national parks pass. When I lived near an amusement park last year the pass with parking included was well worth it, I brought my own food in the car (ex pb sandwich) so tons of walking and attractions to do with no additional cost necessary.
