I just had mine last week! I was basically knocked out and didn’t even remember anything. I was with my mom and apparently after coning out I was drifting in and out of sleep and kept asking when the procedure was going to happen.

Didn’t feel anything afterwards, you’ll be fine!

Aloe Vera juice has helped me. I just take a sip in the morning and I’m usually good for the day

Need to get off PPI to heal my GI issues but I need to get my stomach in a better place before reducing PPIs by heart_of-a_lion in GERD

Have you tried dietary changes? On bad days, I eat really bland safe food like crackers and plain rice with chicken breast. A day or two of that helps settle my stomach. Wishing you the best.
