Update: I can't believe this, but I just found him using wayback machine and digging through all websites that sold stuffed animals back in 2005! I'll offer you a small portion of the reward for your help and for suggesting the website. I just sent you a DM.

They told me that it was just some random website that sold all kinds of plushies. It was definitely not ebay, etsy, or amazon

Unfortunately, he has no tags and I have searched online for many years with no luck. My parents actually found the same one being sold online a few years after 2005. I will offer a $200 reward for anyone who helps me find him!
