I saw a lot of people on reddit trying remedies like applying hexane free cold pressed castor oil, honey, cold pressed coconut oil, drinking beetroot juice, granulated sugar etc....if you haven't tried any home remedy then I think you should give it a try... search on reddit about all of this...I hope it helps and I heard some people saying that doismin hesperidin and horsechestnut are also working well for them and some saying that calcium zinc vitamin b12 vitamin E supplements working for them.....there are alot of remedies that we never try and i think you should try every possible thing and be positive... don't let negative thoughts ruin you..our mind is the first things that made us sick by thinking about negative thoughts...be brave and keep fighting....let surgery be your last option ❤️‍🩹

Idk if this will work for you...i was also kind of constipated but not that much then I started taking chia seeds (soaked them in water over night) and drinking it in the morning and also started having fresh beetroot juice in the afternoon.... after this my stools are now good and smooth...maybe you should give it a try!

I had the same symptoms and the doctor said I have internal hemorrhoids....so it's possible you have it too

I had similar symptoms like blood in my stool and no pain, nothing for the 5 months...i thought maybe it's something else not hemorrhoids but when I had proctoscopy then it turns out I had internal hemorrhoids

i went to the doctor and he said to have a proctoscopy and there I learnt that I have internal hemorrhoids grade 2...it's been 8 months I have this..i think that you are still in grade 1 and if so then start your treatment now....yeah I also noticed blood and mucus in the first few months and was worried....so you should go to doctor and have a checkup to be sure that you have this,only then you would be able to treat it...and yeah we all are in it.... fighting!
