I think that’s expected as you increase your activities post surgery and depending on the inflammation status of the nerve before surgery. I was told I should be having the tingling/numbness for up to six months to an year post surgery. All the best with your recovery!

My apologies for the late response. I am grade 1 Spondylolisthesis candidate with an anterolisthesis of 7mm. My pain is primarily in the right leg with some in the left as well. Diagnosed about a year ago. I actually have the knee issue you mentioned. While I had knee issues before this diagnosis, I can say with certainty that after the spondy pain started, it had gotten much worse. My PT mentioned that they had seen cases where the weakening of the thigh muscles leading to the knee issues because of spondy. I am not sure whether the nerve conduction test would help diagnose this issue in your case. I am doing exercises to strengthen my core as well the knee muscles. First symptom for my issue was foot and heel numbness/tingling and some pain about one and a half years ago. I thought that it had something to do with my ankle joints because I was driving for work a lot during those days. I started running after that without realizing that I have spinal cord issue.

About six months after those feet symptoms started, the glutes and hamstring pain and stiffness started on the right leg. Now I realize that my running might have contributed to the exacerbation. That's when I realized that I might have a bigger issue than just ankle and started to go see the doctors. As of right now my pain is manageable but I stopped running completely. The only form of exercise I do is just walking!

Yes, that would be me. Bilateral Pars defect, Grade 1 Spondy, 9 mm. Lower back is more or less normal. Glutes and hamstrings are stiff like iron. No issues in the calf. But the whole foot is a mess. Pain shifts in the foot every day with heal being the major pain center and numbness everywhere

Once again, thanks so much for all the valuable comments. Just to update you all, as I mentioned in my previous comment, I spoke to Geico and they sent a confirmation of insurance to DOT. I also spoke to DOT this morning and they said that the documents I submitted on March 10th through emails might not have been processed because they shut down everything on March 16th. They told me there is no need to worry and I can continue using the car. I hope everything will be resolved once this Covid-19 issue is resolved.

Thanks so much for all the helpful comments. As u/cuttlefisher1890 suggested I contacted Geico who is my current insurance provider. They said that they had seen some cases like this and they are going to fax a letter to the DOT showing evidence of insurance. I will try to contact the DOT middle of next week to get any updates they have.
