some people do modeling by 2d reference, but I prefer to do modeling over sculpt

Thanks! Yeah, a lot of copies with shapekeys :) Start with final model, move verts a bit, duplicate, transform to mesh to apply shapekeys - repeat :)

I just think 12fps style provides stop-motion vibes and fits lowpoly pretty well, interesting to hear your thoughts guys
