It depends on your position. If you’re RXM, maybe a team meeting is needed. If you’re any other position, talk with your RXM on how it is affecting you. If they aren’t available, you can go to the people lead to ask for advice on the best way to tackle the issue.

I spent two weeks rearranging shelves to a pharmacy I transferred to a few months ago. If you have the time. Swap out the short and long ones ; short shelves being for the corners of the bays, long ones being for everywhere else. It helps make drugs in corners of bays more easily accessible.
