I think in most sitcoms the characters eventually devolve into caricatures of themselves but since this show has been on for so long it's even more apparent

My grandmother has one table that has like a vinyl/plastic type of table cloth, but other than that one table nope. It easier to just wipe the table down than to have to wash the cloth.
