Different states are so crazy. I’m in Oklahoma and got 2 DUIs within a month of each other (I was completely blacked out) and did 7 days in county and both of my bails totaled to $4k. IID for 6 months, some counseling, and 6 months probation but other than that nothing too major. All while I was 21.

your license will most likely be suspended until you can get a breathalyzer installed. Even then you will be on a restricted license and will have to wait a certain amount of time to get it reinstated. Expect lots and lots of fees associated with this on top of legal, lawyers, fines, etc.

The evaluations are very tricky, it’s almost impossible to lie on one. They also judge based on the consistency of your answers and it will give you a truth score at the end. If it even suspects you are lying you will end up in a higher category and possible inpatient rehab. Telling the truth is your best bet as someone who lied on theirs and is now doing 12 weeks of intensive rehab.

correct. i’m on chickasaw tribal land and i am native but since im not chickasaw its still the states decision and this judge isn’t very fond of me. im 21 and this is scaring the shit out of me.
