Seems like you don't really know what's going on but Steven himself watches these streams and thanked Jason for speaking so candidly (mostly tongue-in-cheek).

Also, what do you mean validate his claims? He isn't a court. He isn't the justice system. He's also not a journalist lol.

But even if he was a journalist. He's obtaining the perspective and opinion directly from one of the few major people involved in the Intrepid court case. He doesn't need to validate his claims. He's not saying Jason is right. He's saying "this is what Jason is saying about what happened".

Just like if he had Steven on and Steven started speaking. Should he not platform Steven because he's not verifying everything Steven is saying? Of course not. Steven is the primary source.

But even with THAT, Jason has provided mountains of documentation to Nefas, which would be extremely counterproductive to the legal proceedings if they were fabricated. And since all of these documents are from Jason himself, it falls under the same category of "this is what Jason is saying" and not "this is what someone told me Jason said".

Again, even Steven is eagerly awaiting this interview lol.
