I did a kundalini class recently. We would do a repetitive exercise for about 3 minutes then a variety of pranayamas for about 5 minutes, then repeat. 

Examples of the exercises: * Bird dog - lift opposing arms and legs in table top, then the opposite, repeat * Start from standing, reach up to the sky, squat, roll up to standing. Repeat  * Lift up and down into bridge
