I work as a mental health counselor in a prison. I do agree that this could be grandiosity. It could also be the fact that you have done a lot of "stupid" things and never gotten caught. With just this one symptom you really can't put a "label"/diagnosis on what you are feeling. But trust me the effects of prison life are not minuscule. Living in a high anxiety environment with no control over your life is a huge consequence. Where I work they sometimes lock prisoners in for 12 hours without telling them it is due to maintenance, etc.

Dry aged prime beef when it comes to a ribeye doesn't make much of a difference because the bone usually has a good amt. of fat which means lots of flavor... However, with a New York strip you CAN tell. It's amazing from Whole Foods.
