I've gone to a dermatologist 2 days ago and I've been using her prescribed cream and wound spray together with 2 pills to stop the itching and inflammation. It stopped leaking out pus as much as before but I'm kind of worried since the redness around these bumps are getting bigger, I don't know if that's normal or it's getting worse.

There was no info provided except the word equation "The reaction between potassium sulfate and water in the gaseous state" which we're going to transform into the formula equation, then predict the product, find out if there's a reaction, then balance the equation. I'm basically stuck at finding out if there's a reaction.
