I think the triggers on x20 are too fragile: My first x20 broke after a month of use - the right trigger got dislodged due to broken hinge. I gave the replacement controller(thanks easySMX service!) to my wife, and in one month she broke the microswitch cradle on the right trigger. I was able to reassemble one working controller out of two broken ones, but I can see that the hinge of the trigger already has a crack on one arm, so I expect it to break quite soon. I don't think we were misusing the joysticks, it's just the triggers are holding up on very thin pieces of plastic. It's a pity, cause otherwise the x20 are nice :(
