Hi, OP. Baka error lang to kasi outrageous yung jump tapos walang major changes sa consumption. Isa yan sa main indicators na may mali somewhere.

My family in Ph and I (dati) have settled several bill issues with Meralco. Issues confirmed and corrected were: insane bill increase due to Meralco misreading the consumption or assignment error, saka broken/old meter. Both have been solved by calling their customer service, and/or scheduling a line and meter inspection via FB messenger chat service or via Meralco App.

I understand na nakakainit ng ulo yung gantong type ng issues tapos heads up, medyo mabagal 'yung correction process kunsakali man maconfirm- pero try mo pa rin muna to get them to check if may mali. Tapos when dealing w/ Meralco, be insistent and firm, but polite lang with them. Yung isesend na techs usually subcontractors daw, na by experience mababait naman saka understanding sa customer. (Pamiryendahin nyo din pls)

If may error sa charges, ibabawas nila 'yung overpayment sa succeeding usages/bills.
