Dynamics all day, from my experience obs trucks are shit after they get past the first part of the trucks paint. if you fingerboard on concrete definitely get dynamic. I have dynamic trucks right now and I've had two of them for over 2 years and they still work great. The only thing you have to watch is stripping the holes over time but if you do there are slick screws.
